1. General Terms
kyatm10 (referred to below as "the platform") is an online platform created for Myanmar players to enjoy football betting, live casino, slots, and lottery games all in one place.
1.1 Who These Terms Apply To
These terms and conditions apply to all players who access our website or open an account.
1.2 Age Requirement
The kyatm10 platform is for players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use our services. Each player is responsible for verifying that their own date of birth is accurate.
1.3 Operations in Myanmar Language
Most services, customer support and communications on the platform are conducted in Myanmar. If there is any discrepancy between a translation and the original Myanmar text in these terms, the original Myanmar text takes precedence.
2. Account Registration and Verification
Each player may only open one account in their own name. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Required Registration Information

- Personal details matching your chosen payment method (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay or bank transfer)
2.2 Information Must Be Accurate
If we find that information provided at registration is false, we reserve the right to immediately suspend withdrawals or permanently close the account.
2.3 Account Security
Players must keep their account password confidential and must not share it with anyone. Players are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact [email protected] immediately.
3. Deposit / Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Methods
Accepted payment methods at kyatm10 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and bank transfer. Any deposit made through other methods must also be in Myanmar Kyat.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Cases that require additional verification may take longer.
3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method, and only the account holder may request a withdrawal. Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met (see Section 4).
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
kyatm10 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit (maximum 100,000 Ks). To receive the bonus, the following conditions must be met—
- Wagering Requirement: bonus amount × 15 — meaning the bonus must be wagered 15 times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn
- Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive bonus 30,000 Ks → account balance 50,000 Ks → wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
- Example (2): Deposit 140,000 Ks → receive bonus 100,000 Ks → account balance 240,000 Ks → wagering requirement 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks
4.2 General Promotions
Each promotional offer announced from time to time carries its own specific terms. The terms of any individual promotion are to be read alongside these general terms, and where there is a conflict, the promotion's own terms take precedence.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If we detect gameplay that does not align with the intended purpose of a bonus (for example, placing low-risk bets to complete wagering requirements), we reserve the right to void the bonus.
5. Game Rules
5.1 Fair Play
Games offered at kyatm10 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) and Live Dealer systems to ensure fair play and that each result is as impartial as possible.
5.2 Game Rules
Each player is responsible for understanding the rules of each game they play, the general concept of Return to Player (RTP), and the risks involved.
5.3 Football Betting and Game Restrictions
In football betting markets, there may be maximum bet limits set per player per day / per match, and those limits are displayed in the relevant market. Requests that exceed the displayed limits cannot be processed.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on kyatm10—
- Any transaction patterns that may be associated with money laundering
- Attempting to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage from platform software or data
- Transferring or selling your account to any other person
- Exploiting software glitches — if found, you must notify customer support immediately
- Routing funds through competing platforms
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Myanmar law
If any of these prohibited activities are found, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze funds in the account, and take legal action.
7. Personal Data Protection
We protect the personal information provided by players as described in our Privacy Policy. Data security is ensured using SSL encryption technology. Players' personal information will not be sold or shared with any third-party company or individual without a legal requirement to do so.
8. Service Suspension and Account Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may request this at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms.
8.2 Closure by the Platform
kyatm10 reserves the right to suspend an account immediately, with or without prior notice, due to violations of the prohibitions in Section 6, providing false information, or breaching service integrity decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
kyatm10 cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect losses related to players' financial situation arising from gaming losses or service failures (for example — temporary server issues, network connection disruptions). Players agree that all play is carried out by their own decision and that they accept the risk of any losses.
10. Terms Changes and Announcements
kyatm10 reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the website, and the updated terms will apply to any play or withdrawals made after the announcement. We recommend bookmarking this page so players can check the latest version regularly.
